Michelle is not only my therapist, she is a life-changer. She has been with me for years and has helped me at every step of the way, through both going above-and-beyond to help me in life and through completing psychological work to help my mental health. She has given me the tools I need to face every new part of my life and has been genuine, caring, kind, patient, helpful, completely nonjudgemental and even funny and uplifting.
