I have been going to Michelle Cooley for years. She is very knowledgeable, kind and doesn't rush the appointment. She listens and addresses any concern. She is everything you could want in a healthcare provider.

I appreciate that she always listens , she is professional but also friendly and that is not easy to find

Michelle makes me feel very comfortable, not only in the level of care she provides but as a person also. She has never made me feel rush... always takes the time to listen to any changes or new symptoms I may be experiencing, like I am her only patient. At 70 years old, and having spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, I have experienced many health providers. Ms. Cooley ranks up there with the very best. She is patient, friendly and makes going to the doctor's office a very pleasant experience.

Michelle knows what she tells you and remembers you from one visit to another no matter the length of time. She takes her time and really goes into great detail about your condition and then searches for answers about tests or whatever when asked. In other words, she goes way beyond what most doctors do and it is appreciated so very much! When you leave her office she even helps to carry out your portable oxygen out to the outer office when you do not have the strength to carry it yourself.

They just don't get any better then this lady. You wont be disappointed or ever dismissed by her.
