Michelle Fulton is one of the most kindest, professional, empathetic persons I know. I trust her with my life. I am HIV positive, a condition I don't think is seen much in these parts. And Michelle never treated me any differently, better or worse, she truly handled the situation as a professional. And in a small town where gossip is our main export, that secret never got around town, again showing what a professional Michelle and her nurses are.
