I have a long history of adverse drug reactions and required specialized care for a recent surgery. Ms. Gates was highly competent yet also willing to seek outside expertise to deal with my case. She listened attentively and had an excellent bedside manner. She was gentle, explained things well, and treated me with compassion and respect. I recommend her highly and without reservation. She is truly exceptional.
