Michelle takes excellent care of my mom and I have worked with 2 other PAs that gave average care. She is young but is very knowledgeable in her field and is able to break things down in layman's terms and is very thorough in doing so. I'm thankful for the great care she gives my mom and her compassion. Some weak individuals may percieve her honest and straight forward comments as rudeness because they don't have a backbone. Trust and believe if I had any problems with the care given I would not give such a high rating!!!???

Rude & vindictive. Not someone you want overseeing your elderly parent's (as in my case) health care. Needs intensive training in proper social interaction/common courtesy/professionalism. If possible, I would have given 0 stars - would not recommend.
