My son has been seeing Dr Kraskin since a newborn for unilateral hearing loss from microtia. She is excellent. So caring, always puts me at ease. I fully trust her.

My 16 year old son has been going to audiologist Michelle Kraskin, Au.D., CCC-A since he was a toddler. Michelle always made a point to engage him regardless of how difficult it was to test the hearing of a 20 month old. It was Michelle who connected us to the Dept. of Education when he was four and diagnosed with hearing loss. She explained that it might benefit him at some point in the future if he needed services. This did indeed come to pass. I will always remained indebted and grateful to Michelle for her guidance and expertise.

At my visit with Dr. Kraskin, I also interacted with Lauren Levine, Resident and Amanda Gilligan Hearing Aid Technician. All three were professional and accessible. My questions were answered in language I could understand.

Plain and simple: Michelle is THE BEST. She is smart, kind, knowledgeable, approachable, caring and up-to-date on all research and technology. She is thorough with her explanations and she is terrific with kids and parents alike.
