Michelle takes time to listen and have a real discussion about my care and concerns. Some past providers have had their face glued to their laptops reading and writing during entire visit. Even with telehealth visits i feel like I’m getting personalized attention where I have full confidence in the care I receive. The whole team at Patina has been super and supportive.

The most empathetic primary care specialist I have

Although our health visits are always virtual, Michelle Lu manages to be empathetic and caring. Present in my home with me during the visit is my nurse, so she takes all the notes of our discussions and Ms. Lu focuses on communicating with me. She explains things very clearly and is thorough. I know I am in good hands.

Michelle is thorough and amazing

Telehealth

First of all, the Patina system is the most practical way to get the help of a general practitioner. You can call or text at any time. They always respond promptly, even once I needed help in the middle of the night and they responded. Michelle is caring and always checks everything about my health. They also sent nurse to house when you need one.

Quality Care & Service

She truly listens to give you the best solutions for your health care. Great personality & demeanor. Extremely knowledgeable. Has an excellent team working with her. I had a similar service which was costing me $400 per yearly quarter. Being retired, I couldn’t afford it anymore. Patina gives all the same benefits of my previous health care service, but it’s free! Also, I don’t need to drive anywhere & deal with traffic & parking.

A Great Team!

Michelle , like the rest of the staff at Patina, are focused on 65+ patients . She was accessible which is a great feature of this practice, listens, is empathetic and values your time. She is proactive if there are issues or potential issues, maintains contact to assure you are well or healing and monitors you. We are very pleased with Michelle and all the staff at Patina.
