Michelle helped me organize my thinking during a difficult time. With her guidance, I was able to better define how I wanted to engage and receive others. This awareness and change in my style has opened up a world of possibilities for me. I now have a positive and deliberate path forward in all parts of my life. Michelle provided me with the context and skills to change the way I process stress, let go of the past and move ahead. I am now strong and focused.

Ms. Piper's forte is crisis intervention with teenage girls. She will really make them feel special. To get a sense of her treatment orientation --Check out her blog: narcissisticmother.com. She is helpful in a crisis when she is town. But you if you need or want regular ongoing therapy, I d recommend looking elsewhere.

Strong Online Marketing presence... But save yourself the frustration and $$$$ ($250 -$375 per session) : *Overconfident in her clinical skills. *Limited availability --unless you like to Skype at same $$$$ *Occasionally dishonest, boundary issues, troubled personal life
