Michelle was compassionate, understanding, listened, but most important, she called me on my stuff when it was appropriate, and she didn't just 'go through the motions' with me. As far as therapists go, she is a hidden gem here in the valley, and I have learned a lot of strategies to help me in my daily life, because of her!!!
