Very rushed and dismissive
I came into the office in pain, nauseous, and clearly not feeling well. She was very dismissive of my concerns and the visit felt rushed. I didn't even have a chance to tell her half of my complaints before she left the room then came back to usher me out the door to schedule my next appointment. All other midwives at the office have been completely opposite of her for my past visits. In the future I will request to see any other provider besides Michelle.

Wonderful bedside manner
Had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Smith she was very cheerful and very nice. She explained everything to me and I left feeling at ease and with a great care plan. Love this office I was able to get further testing done on site without waiting. Very pleased with this office and staff!
