I had a difficult time finding this office. I walked past it several times because I did not see a sign saying Premier Hand Surgeons out on the hallway on the door. Michelle's name was written in small print and that was the only way I figured it out. Even though this is a satellite office the signage needs to be better than it is. This will be confusing to other patients as well

There was hardly a wait, she got me through in a timely manner and was well satisfied with my options. Everyone was very nice which makes things go better, so glad I decided to go. Thanks to everyone .

PA Michelle and the rest of the were very pleasant and professional. I received excellent care. I did have to wait over a month for an appointment. I would have liked to be seen sooner.

My initial appointment wait was going to be at least six weeks out which is extremely a long wait when dealing with pain daily. I was fortunate to get a cancellation but had to call on a daily basis to do so. It should NOT take that long to see one of the several Doctors on Staff. My injury was not just a minor ordeal . I needed to start therapy asap and not able to do that without my consultation visit .
