Find an actual psychiatrist and not some hack therapist that can do more harm than good to your life. Look elsewhere. Mindy Graves has no idea what she is doing.

I don’t know who you all are reviewing because it can’t be the same therapist I use to see. Plus she hasn’t worked there in over 2 years but you all decide now to write hateful things. She was the most compassionate, helpful person I have ever seen. She was always positive, offered great resources and really helped me learn more about myself and how to deal with my anxiety. She was difficult to get in to see because she had so many clients that saw her weekly. It’s easy to not take responsibility for our own actions by blaming others.

Seemed to be helping my spouse initially but in time the therapy sessions turned my emotionally and physically abusive, narcissistic spouse into an absolute monster and made them worse and I was blamed for everything as a result. When my things were thrown at me or I was shoved or screamed at and called names it was my fault and they would not take accountability for their actions. My spouse was a perfectionist and used therapy sessions learn how to manipulate people to get whatever they want like a sociopath. Therapy was supposed to help but instead it significantly amplified existing flaws in my spouse. I trusted this counselor to help my spouse work through their issues but they clearly do not know what they are doing. If you are looking for mental healthcare help please consider a psychiatrist that has more training and experience than a therapist. I am traumatized by the abuse I endured once sessions started.

You ruined my life.

Mindy is dishonest. Integrity is important but she doesn't seem to get it.

Caused relationship problems for me that led to a divorce. Really messed with my head.

My spouse and I had a thriving relationship until therapy sessions started then all the sudden cooperation stopped as a result and my spouse stopped being compassionate and saw any display of emotions as manipulation and we are now divorced as a result. Mindy was making judgement calls about a spouse she had never met which is something a therapist should never do based on one person's perspective. She should have recommended couples counseling.

She thought a health condition I have that has been proven with medical imaging was all in my head and that I could be healed with my mind. Quackery.
