Therapy with Mindy Zelen
Mindy is absolutely wonderful, both as a person and a psychologist. She helped me navigate a really difficult time in my life, marked by chronic illness and anxiety. Her sessions are conversational in nature - she asks great questions and is unafraid to give her perspective, rather than it being one-way. As some other reviewers have said, she is kind, caring, and devoted to your growth as a patient. I'm incredibly thankful for my time with her.

Mindy is the best. She immediately identified key issues surrounding my anxiety and helped me work through them. She knew the right questions to ask at the right time to keep sessions productive and profound. I recently had my last session with her and I truly cannot express how happy and grateful I am to have worked with Mindy. She helped me feel empowered and more in tune with my emotions, and taught me life skills that I will use forever! Highly, highly recommend!
