She saved me
I have seen many therapists and left feeling like they opened scabs and left me to deal with it myself. Dr. Engstrom was the first therapist I’ve seen since my trauma 16 years ago to be able to help me find peace and healing. I am so thankful I found her and I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is kind and empathetic HOWEVER does NOT just say what you want to hear. If you want REAL healing and REAL peace, she is the therapist you want. Thank you for everything Dr. Engstrom

A excellent therapist who not only helped me to overcome my childhood trauma but taught me how to control my anxiety. I have learned so many new tools to keep living a calm life!

Gave me more trauma
She is kind and nice, but she’s not knowledgable or skillful. Perhaps if you have THE most BASIC anxiety and bits of sadness that don’t really require medical help, then you could see her, but she’s not good for anything else.
