Telehealth
At first, I was apprehensive about talking with a therapist, but Dr. Rice created an environment of comfort and safety to talk. She guided me in establishing healthy boundaries and was an encouragement as I began to enforce those boundaries. I highly recommend Dr. Rice - she is fantastic!

Since this was my first time seen a Psychologist, I was very apprehensive. Dr. Rice, made me feel very at ease with her warm welcoming and ability to listen. She really cares for the well being of her patients. I will a;ways highly recommend her to anyone in need!
