I did not even make it past our first phone call. Ms. Williams was unpleasant, unhelpful and seemed irritated by just speaking with me. Definitely did not make me feel like she would be someone I could trust with my healthcare. Very disappointed.

I met with Misti in early 2018 and its the later half of 2019 while I write this. She was amazing! I felt like she was very thorough, kind, and informative. I feel like I walked away feeling encouraged about my testing and knew how to navigate my health status going forward.

Two hour visit. Very large bill from hospital. Ms Williams spoke in very scientific terms and I had to ask several times for her to explain herself in layman's terms. I was more confused when I left, than before my visit.

She was very thorough. She was very kind and compassionate. She seemed genuinely interested in educating me and being my advocate to help me navigate thru the experience of genetic testing.

Be very wary! I was assured that I would only have a copay as if I were seeing a specialist before I went to appointment. However since, I have received a huge bill with a copayment for being treated as an outpatient! Have spent 2 days trying to get resolution only to be told sorry. My consultation with Misti Williams was not in her office, it was in some sort of waiting/break area and no testing was done, just a review of family medical history. Huge disappointment! Will not be returning
