Misti prescribed different diabetic medications that work much than what was prescribed by my former GP and lowered my A1c levels to a manageable level. I commander for that. I have a problem now, my prescription plan won't cover my new medications anymore. I have called and messaged her and I haven't received a return message or callback. I need her to advocate for me on an appeal to my prescription plan. I already ran out of one of my medications and left a message about that. I also was forgotten in the waiting room for over an hour. I guess I need to change providers before it gets more critical.
