The doctor was great, however I was told by his billing manager on my very first appointment that since I did not have health insurance I would not be responsible for anything over the amount that the insurance paid and I would not be balance billed, however after being away from my home for a few years I come back to find out they put me in collections. I called and spoke to Christine who verified that yes this is something they tell all their patients however obviously they do not handle it. This is misleading, I feel like it was a act to get me to come three to four times a week so they can add this money up and Bill me.
