Dr. Kumar is very competent and professional. He took the time to explain what was going with my hearing. My problem was not hearing, a major complaint from my wife. The hearing aids prescribed immediately address the issue of not hearing my wife which beginning to be a problem for me. I hear and feel much better with Dr. Kumar’s help. Seriously, not being able to hear my wife after 53 years was a problem. I would recommend Dr. Kumar to my friends or anyone who believe they have a hearing problem. The office staff was courteous. I did not have to wait long before seeing the doctor. Dr. Kumar worked seamlessly with my medicare insurance company.

Horrible. You cannot understand a word he says, he doesn’t listen to you and then argues with you that he is right and you are wrong even when you prove him wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR HEARING AIDS. He is out to get your money and when you complain about the aids not working he is conveniently not available. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I am stuck with a set of hearing aids that Dr. Kumar did that are of no use to me. They are worst than the previous ones I owned. Although he and his nurse were informed many times that they were not servicing me well, prior to the 45-day period to return them he was conveniently not available but his nurse told me that he would take care of it. He never did. Loss my insurance benefit, substantial out-of-pocket expenses, and still can't hear any better. I give this practice a 0.

Dr. Kumar and his staffs are truly professional. Dr. Kumar listens his patient concerns. He is concerned about his patient’s quality of life and best way to improve it. He correctly diagnosed my dad’s hearing issue, recommend and fitted a perfect hearing aid. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
