She listens! She gives you time to explain what’s going on and then asks questions. She’s professional yet she’s friendly. I felt like she really cared and I wasn’t rushed. You can see right away she’s an intelligent care giver who gives you ease that she’ll find and treat your problem. She doesn’t hesitate sending you for labs and testing before giving a diagnosis and will send you to a Specialist if needed. I’m normally nervous going to drs office but she, with her professionalism and calming voice, made me feel relaxed and able to tell her my concerns. I felt like I mattered and not rushed out for the next patient.
