Mitzi was thorough and very nice

I went to have my shoulder checked out because of the pain I couldn’t lift my arm. She told me it was neuropathy. I said I have neuropathy in my foot and that ain’t it. Wouldn’t listen. Walked out of exam room and sent a nurse back in with a referral to see a neurologist. Nothing for the pain. This was on a Friday. Three days I suffered with it and went back on Monday. Dr. Martinez said it was bursitis and gave me a steroid shot. Pain gone. Put several calls into the office manager. Never returned one. If you ever call for an appointment and they say you’ll be seeing Mitzi, demand you see someone else. Unfortunately I had to give one star to submit review.

Her lack of care put my lofe in actual danger. Thank god for the er i went right to afterwards

I would recommend zero stars if possible. This doctor is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is rude, she makes unprofessional accusations as to the reasoning for the visit. Someone who has 19 years experience she should be a little more professional. I have never in my life met a doctor so unprofessional and judgmental and unwilling to help her patients. No bedside manner what so ever. She made personal accusations for the reasoning as to why I was there and claimed I was a liar when I explained my reasoning for coming in to seek medical professional help. This woman does not belong working in this profession!
