1st red flag. I sat in the office for an hour before Molly came in- and then she said “sorry we’re busy for a Monday” - it was Tuesday. 2nd red flag- she went to google several times to look up treatment.3rd red flag: She does not follow normal protocol. The meds I take need specific dosages at specific times - example - increases every month. Her standard is pushing you to follow up in 3 months. Another one needed an additional treatment in 3 weeks - her response “ 3 months”. Makes no sense. Very frustrating. If you try to discuss this - you are confronted with attitude and “ well she has you follow up on 3 months. Again that is not standard.Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with incompetency and see a real doctor. Lesson learned. It will go good at first then your level of care goes downhill from there.

The front desk is rude. The providers should listen to their patients more about how their staff treats them. They also do not follow up on requests. Do not ask questions unless you want to be humiliated! They say they’re for the patients, but their actions have proven they’re not for the patients!

On time. Reviews my records thoroughly and points out the ways I need to improve my health. Staff is the best. Know my name, greet me with a smile and treat me like a human, not a number.

Molly Brown came highly recommended to me by a family friend. Ms. Brown takes her time with patients. She actually seems to care, which is unusual sometimes. If you need a comprehensive evaluation, Molly Brown is an excellent provider.
