Awesome Doc and Staff!
Upon entering, this practice it was decorated perfectly and immaculate. The staff was on point and very friendly. The scanning equipment is state of the art and experienced staff operated them. The doc was dressed to perfection and was very thorough and methodical to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner to respect my schedule with short wait times there.

My appointment today.
I just went for a routine eye exam. I found the staff to be exceptional and customer oriented. The checkin process as a new patient was seamless. Reception staff was ver efficient and very cordial. Gabby the technician was very thorough and explained the tests she performed. Dr Brown was awesome, very knowledgeable and explained in detail her findings. I fully understood everything we discussed. Kimberly helped me with the check out process, she made sure to read Dr. Brown’s notes and took care of all the things I needed. I would definitely recommend my friends and family.

Dr. Brown, Monica is a very good eye doctor to our family. My children love her as their eye doctor. They're grown but still prefer her as their eye doctor. My husband and I love her as our eye doctor . We are comfortable and please with her services towards our family each time we have visits with her. She, Dr. Monica Brown provides excellent care ,understanding , thorough , caring, she listens to all of vision concerns and involve family for all vision concerns. She's our eye doctor.

I get GREAT quality care with Dr Brown and her entire staff. The equipment is state of the art yet Dr Brown explains everything in a such a way that anyone can understand. She is never rushed and she makes you feel like you are her only concern while you are there. The entire staff is so pleasant and helpful. Best kept secret in Jacksonville. Did I mention the frame selection? Every style and price range! She is the Doctor I have needed for years.

Does not care enough to ensure that your eye exam results are sent to your diabetic care physician or Endo, TWO YEARS IN A ROW! Bad Medicine!
