She was thorough, informative, friendly. She knew her stuff, but also offered empathy. I really enjoyed working with her. She helped me get gene testing for the brca 1 and 2 as well as a panel of other genes associated with breast and ovarian cancer. She was empathetic and encouraging when she told me I tested positive for brca 1. She guided me toward the options I had at that point. Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.
