Not effective, feels like talking to a neighbor...not much true progress in dealing with specific problems and she is always either late or cut 10 minutes early or having tech problems or forgot about the appointments you scheduled with her.

The first two sessions were difficult for me because I didn’t feel I could connect. But the third session was perfect. I have to contribute part of that to where I was in my life. I was going through one of the top 2% of divorces with a lot of factors in play. Dr. Pinedo was very astute and right on with her therapy for me. I believe she saved my life. I cannot recommend her more highly for anyone experiencing serious trauma.
