I had to see Naghma after Hannan, who I loved, left. Hoping for another good experience I was left sorely disappointed. Naghma argued with me over my diagnosis, said I did not have PCOS even though I've had THREE other MD's say I do. I have never had a provider argue with me like she did! It was so ridiculous, I left the office so upset. The only reason I had gone back the second time was because I hadn't gotten a new endo yet and they wouldn't fill my meds without a visit. I also had lumps in my neck I wanted checked out but I was not even given the opportunity to tell her about them or for her to examine me before she said she'd fill my meds and left the room. The two times I did see her she did not do a physical examination even though I have an enlarged thyroid that needs monitoring. Hannan always put the clinical summary of my visit in my chart where I can view it on the Follow My Health app and neither of my visits with Naghma are in there even though it's been a year.
