I had to go back to Health Works Medical Group for a follow-up visit. ( Initially, I felt anxious, as the first PA I had to deal with had zero bedside manner and didn't do a thorough exam). Thankfully, Nan Vincelli was on duty. She did a thorough exam, had x-rays done, and her bedside manner put me at ease. She listened to what I was saying and referred me to another physician, as was necessary. I was surprised to hear from her with 2 follow-up calls. Pleasant surprise. Thank you!
