The service provided by Nancy Giaimo was deplorable. Although the staff was satisfactory, Nancy's conduct was unacceptably rude. She terminated the appointment without permitting me to fully articulate my concerns. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a healthcare professional who has sworn to provide compassionate care. I departed the office in a very distressed state.

overall bad visit.
did not look at me the ENTIRE ten minutes she was in the room. the only two or three times she looked at me was to give me a judgmental look or condescending comment. I saw her to get my script refilled after a car accident and I was worried about my BP spiking to VERY high levels... and as someone with an ED history, she claimed i needed to "check my nutrition labels" on my foods. in the after-visit notes, she labeled as obese even though i asked not to be weighed upon check in because, for the millionth time, IT SHOULD BE IN MY CHARTS. (she actually put in my notes that "patient refused body weight, BMI __"). like how would she know?? all my concerns in her notes were written in quotation marks. and then she blamed my BP on "anxiety"... and two chiropractic visits later, my BP magically returned to normal. no more dangerously high spikes. DO NOT SEE THIS NP unless you want to be written off. very insensitive and condescending. will NEVER go back. i'd give her zero stars if i could.

Everyone was very friendly, and really seemed to listen to my concerns. It really felt like there was no hurry in my exam, so I was really confident that everything was taken into account in my treatment.

I've been with Nancy for the last 10+ years and she's pretty amazing. Super real and down to earth but also very straightforward and doesn't sugarcoat things with me. She's the best!
