Staff, technician and the optometrist Nancy Heine are very friendly.
However, wrong prescription was made for me. There was a large change in the axis for my right eye compared with that of my previous glasses.
I got a new pair of glasses using this new prescription. With this new pair, the entire world is tilted. A square object is no longer square and the right side turns into a trapezoid.
The lens correctly followed the prescription, but the prescription was wrong. I'm quite disappointed in the professionalism of the optometrist.
