Very good , I have been going to her for years I had an issue called her office i explained what was wrong referred me to a ER clinic they were booked would not even let me explain she is my doctor and I would rather deal with her, the staff is not kind or friendly, uncaring, and I not a hypochondriac, Nancy is great if you can get to her I give her staff a terrible rating, Good luck.

Nancy McDowell is awesome, but the entire staff is completely incompetent, they hang up on you. Lie to you. Take your health as a joke, do not waste your time the staff are all complete idiots

She is the best of the best: takes her time with you, answers all of your questions, If answer unknown at the time of the appointment. Nancy will research the question, ask the other PA's and the doc. make phone calls etc.

She is the BEST provider I’ve been to. She took the time to go over everything thoroughly. She’s kind, personable, and respectful of time. Couldn’t find a better Nurse Practitioner in the world!

I originally booked an appointment with this doctor's office only to get a long-term minor prescription filled. I weigh 140 lbs and am healthy. Both Nurse Nancy and the other nurse practitioner only focus on me starting cholesterol medication. I have none of the precursors for heart disease. None. However, she is willing to put me on medication that will increase my risk of developing diabetes, liver problems and weight gain. How much sense does that make? This office just pushes meds.
