Ive had 5 visits to this office And have had zero help . The nurse practitioner is a bit older but she tries to help out .. My issues have been with the office nurse she has no interest in helping she told me to my face she wasn't going to submit my Diabetic numbers to tge insurance to start the process of getting me my insulin pump .. shes not a caring human shes no help . Ive left her over 10 phone messages and when i asked her why she didnt call me back .She responded saying she didnt want 2
