Nancy Trzcinski, FNP

I have been going to her for quite a few years with my husband and think very highly of her, she will sit and listen to your concerns without rushing you out.

I was referred to this practice to see Dr. Joel Spiro back in 2018. 2020 Pandemic and my 2021-2022 journey with cancer aside, I've been a regular and current patient. My minimal skin issues placed me under the care of Nancy Trzcinski, FNP. I found the small practice and Nurse Nancy's care met my needs. Though I do find it odd that so many of the burn and freeze treatments were done without numbing agents (ouch). I would still be a patient today, however my recent missed appointment (first IN SIX YEARS) became cause for a $50 no-show fee. 15 Minutes after the appointment I realized my error and called. I owned my mistake, apologized, and asked to reschedule. Admin asked me if I could come in ASAP, but I had other commitments. From this point on I was met with policy. I mentioned my good history, stating that this was my first missed appointment. I was informed my very first appointment was a ACTUALLY a no-show. Thanks for that correction. I'll ACTUALLY take my business elsewhere.

I have read that if your dermatologist does not do a complete Total Body Skin Exam, find another dermatologist. Skin cancer can occur anywhere, even where the sun does not contact the skin. I find Nancy Trzcinski to be professional and personable but I have had skin exams at her office and I find them to be incomplete.

As it turns out, she misdiagnosed me as having a rare auto-immune disorder. I saw Dr Spiro initially but he not not diagnose it correctly either. We thought Nancy could investigate further. After months of treatment that did not work and medication that was causing a serious side effect, I left the practice and found another doctor who did the extensive testing that should have been done, and apparently correctly diagnosed what is really the cause of my rash, because it started receding immediately and has finally actually disappeared. I need a doctor who pays attention to me when I say the medication is not working, and that my symptoms do not agree with your diagnosis.

I have seen Nancy Trzcinski on a regular basis for the past 11 years. Excellent clinician, explains very well, compassionate, very quick to diagnose. The staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend this practice to all my friends.
