Dr. Eads could give a master class in how doctors should treat patients. In all my years, I have never encountered a doctor so compassionate and truly caring. She is the real deal!

very satisfied with both the Doctor and the technician. Dr. Eads and her technician was courteous, friendly, casual, knowledgeable and accommodating given that I had my newborn outside and had to run in and out to check on her. Dr. Eads was also honest to not mislead me to having a laser surgery advising that I was not far from being 40 when it’s not advisable to have that procedure. the only thing that didn’t work for me is that the facility didn’t have the equipment for fitting which is understandable given that the optical services aren’t provided. I just wish there was a referral to a vendor or a partner that works with the same insurance - that could have made it easier for me to get the glasses, but it’s not something that makes your experience worse. it was also really outsdanding that this high rated facility accepted Medicaid. thank you!

Great Optometrist. Much respect for her abilities and thoroughness of her staff. I did thorough research prior to selecting her, and am pleased with my choice. Will be sending my husband and elderly mother her way now, as well.

I have only positive things to say about Dr. Eads. Not only is she an all around pleasant, genuine person, she is truly a professional. I was a frequent patient of hers before as well as after my detached retina and other eye surgeries. At every visit she greets me with her beautiful big smile and puts me at ease. As busy as she is she's never made me feel like she is rushing. She takes her time to clearly explain everything and makes sure I have a clear understanding. Can't recommend enough!
