I left a review after my first visit as the steroid ointment gave a me a bit of relief but by my second appointment a month later, I was incredibly worse. Not only did I have a lot more areas with a rash, I also had at least 12 boil like eruptions, and more sleepless nights than not due to intense itching. She adamantly stood by her initial diagnosis of atopic dermatitis and dry skin, at which point I knew it was pointless to talk, I was just an old lady who had dry skin. It took me until mid January to get in to see a different dermatology group, who after LISTENING to me and doing an exam, immediately said "you have scabies; I'll do a skin scraping to confirm". I can understand how a walk-in clinic could miss it, but NOT a dermatologist. Needless to say the time I wasted made the recovery period longer. I would leave no stars if it was possible.

She was very personable and identified exactly my concerns and how to treat them

Natalie and her assistant were professional yet light enough to make me feel at ease. They gave me great information on the choices I had to rectify my issue and performed my procedure quickly while keeping me comfortable. Laughter is good medicine.

I had a horrific experience with Natalie she was dismissive,rude, inpatient acted like my appointment was a bother to her didn’t want to answer questions. She obviously didn’t read my chart and acted like it was my fault she didn’t know what I was there for. She may have spent a total of 3 minutes with me. Never again! I love Dr. Stokar
