The sweetest NP with an awesome bedside manner
Natalie is an amazing NP. She is so attentive and caring. Sadly, the support staff is subpar, but she makes it worth the drive.

She may be one of the worst medical practitioners I have ever encountered. Dangerous. She was condescending, rude and nonchalant about a serious subject. She did not listen or look at history? Would not provide any recommendations or advice, stating that their practice knows nothing about COVID-19 or the COVID-19 vaccine and that any treatment and decisions about whether to have the vaccine are solely my choice and up to me without any input from her or the practice. This after making me wait 45 minutes for a telemed appointment.

Horrible awful experience. Worst in all my years of seeing doctors. Shouldn’t be practicing. Please look at her practices and her reviews on other sites. I wish I had paid attention.

This person should have no Stars. No follow up And failure to recognize a heart issue that other provider picked up right away. Husband went complaining of chest pain. They sent him for an X-ray and then never called to follow up or even scheduled another appointment. We called and called. I’m a professional and these people don’t know the meaning of that word. Never called back after they said she would. When we complained to the front office staff about no return callthey hung up on my husband. Then I called and asked her to follow up we got a letter firing him as their patient if you could even call him that since they never followed up or adequately treated him. He wound up having heart surgery thanks to a great provider. This place and Natalie should be of business. Go here and see her at your own risk but don’t say you weren’t warned. She and this practice have all these bad reviews for a reason. Hope someone shuts this place down before someone dies

My husband and I were so happy to find Natalie again. Long story short we saw her several years ago in another practice and after she left we were heartbroken to start with someone new. Our next office became a problem and I googled medical practices in my area including her name and was delighted I found her. We spent 45 minutes or more with her today and put our minds at ease to have a medical provider that cares about us like family. She is truly a special person.

Me. Tejada was my physician at East Valley. She was kind and didn't rush me. She listened to my questions order necessary blood work and body scans. It's because of her I'm learning in physical therapy how to manage my condition. I was sad to see her leave,great doctors with actual patience is hard to come by.

Turnover in their medical office and she insists I come back in to get my maintenance prescription refilled even though I was just there six months ago. Makes me take off work and pay for another office visit, to tell me go get bloodwork. She recommended a lab, and they insist she has coded the request wrong, and they will not help me. They tell me to go back and get her to correct it. So I call in, and the assistant says that she claims it is coded right. not helpful and not good service.

The first time I saw Natalie Tejada, she misdiagnosed me with genital warts/HPV. (I had a skin tag between my inner thigh and anus.) I had been tested for STDs within the last year and had a steady boyfriend, but I completed the blood-work just in case. They came back negative for HPV. I came back a few weeks later to East Valley Family Medical to get the skin tag removed. I waited 75 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that they did not have equipment for my procedure.
