If there was a negative 5 I would leave that.
Today the care that was provided to my mother was horrible. She’s an established patient with Wheatley. She has had a huge spike in BP and called the office to see if she could get in to see Wheatley and they told her to go to a ICC. We decided to go to ER waited 4 hours in ER decided to call Doctor back and say we had and we’re waiting so long. Then proceeded to get scolded by the office staff that we decided to go to ER. I said what is the ICC going to do in this situation give us a flu test and a bandaid. They said they would prove she has HBP , I guess we are out here lying about it and they could write her a script. Well we left ER and went to ICC only to be told they do not write scripts for this which I knew they would be the case and here BP was very high. So the staff was extremely rude in all occasions and conversation. We were refused an appointment for care if a medical issue until we “prove” it at the ICC and the lack of care, empathy and respect is unbelievable.
