Nate was extremely helpful for me overcoming a chronic hamstring / lower back ailment. Not only was he very good at his craft, but he is very personable, kind and very easy to work with. Could not recommend him enough. Pain free & quality movement has led to a major life and lifestyle upgrade.

I went to Nate for serious pain in my hip from picking up something the wrong way that had aggravated an older injury. He was fantastic. He was patient, he listened, he was well attuned to what I had. He came up with one stretching exercise in particular that really did wonders. When I feel pain, I know it's because I haven't been doing that stretch. After picking up with it again, it really improves enormously. He's also funny and compassionate. I went to him quite some time ago. The office he's with isn't included in my insurance plan. Now that I'm seeking to schedule with a PT elsewhere, I think back with appreciation for how effective he was with me.

Nate is great at coming up with new ideas to resolve issues. He just doesn't go to the same old exercises. He is highly skilled and dedicated to his patients. He is easy to talk with and tries to understand and solve your issues. I have worked with him on both knee and spine issues.
