Each person I interacted with was courteous, professional and helpful. That began with the volunteer on the first floor of the building. Nathan seemed as though he'd looked at my chart prior to coming into the exam room. I don't always get that feeling when I see other providers. In other practices I have felt as though I didn't even have a visit history available to the care provider. Nathan spent the extra time to explain the Watchman procedure I'd was there to discuss. I had a very good experience that day as I always have had during previous visits to this practice. Thank you.

Nathan told me about an app and a card I can carry with me anytime, to measure my heart rate if I feel an episode coming on. I have that now, and what a relief it is to be able to take responsibility for some of my own information. He also reminded me to stop in if I felt I was having an AFIB episode.
