MR CALL OUT
I've had a disappointing experience with Dr. Nelson Valenzuela. I've scheduled three appointments, and unfortunately, he has called out every single time. Not only is this inconvenient, but it's also unprofessional.Rescheduling has been a challenge, and I've had to wait until the next month for a new appointment. It seems like his patients' time is not valued.I hope Dr. Valenzuela takes steps to improve his reliability and communication. Until then, I would caution others about the potential for frequent cancellations and long wait times.
