I had an awful experience seeing Dr. Ritz. I wear gas permeable contacts and he wasn't able to provide a solution and unwilling to even explain to me alternatives for the uncomfortable contacts besides saying there were none after I've worn gas permeable lenses for 15+ year. It also took 2 weeks to get an initial appointment, and then had to go back for two follow up appointments which were totally unnecessary and useless.

He doesn't seem Iike he cares. Rushed. Rude. Not up to date on latest lenses available. Not a conscientious provider.

I have been seeing him now for the at three years. He tskes his time he is very thorough and he asks questions and allows you to ssk yours as well. Excellent eye doctor!
