Nicola Schmook

I had a very unfortunate appointment. Nicola Schmook didn’t make eye contact and had her back to me about the entire visit. The visit was great if I was looking for data entry. I felt so unimportant. My Mamogram due 01/20. Aware of this, she tells me to schedule an appointment for 3 months for follow up and order it then. I had to basically beg her back into the room to write order for my Mamogram. Granted, she doesn’t know my extensive family history with breast cancer. I had a list of concerns that I spoke of but were left unaddressed. I asked for Shingles Vaccine and had concerns. Again, she said we’d get back to it and never did. I felt stupid asking questions. So, at a time when I needed a good doc to listen, care and help...I had this appointment. The doctor she works for came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to wait for an appointment with him. I just moved to Florida. Great experiences accept for this one. Feeling like a number in Florida.
