She broke down blood pressure to me
Telehealth
In such a way that it painted a picture in my head of how , if not controlled, could become serious and life altering. I understand so much better than if I was told I had high blood pressure and simply given a prescription.

Very thorough and friendly!!
Nicole asked for pics to see what was going on. She proceeded to ask many questions to be very thorough. She was super friendly and helpful answering all my questions. I have also emailed her several times and she immediately responded. I wouldn’t hesitate a minute to use her again in the future. Thanks Nicole!!

I had high hopes
Unfortunately, this provider blocked me i was told, by another employee. After being charged, she responded. And I had, simultaneously read, many reviews, of this being a scam. So I said that. And she replied- “we are a legit site. And I don’t want you as a patient if you come at me saying I’m a scammer. Find another provider”. All good and well. But I wasn’t calling her a scammer. If she would have allowed for conversation she would have known, that I wanted to APOLOGIZE. I am an RN. I respect her. And her time. And work. But to block me and not even give me the time of day to just apologize really just shows the kind of “nurse” she is. Not a caring one it seems. But how would I know any different?

Nicole gets to me in a timely manner every time. I even had issues with Publix not receiving my medication. I messaged her and she ended up having to call the pharmacy and getting things corrected for me. Thank you for listening to my complaints and always finding a solution!

Don't waste your time or money!!!!!
Terrible. Needed a PA for medication and she never responded to requests from pharmacy. My pharmacist told me that they have requested 4 times from her and she has not responded. They also told me that she has history of doing this to patients and the pharmacy doesn't get responses from her. They advised me to go somewhere else. Complete waste of money and time! I've reached out to her with no response!! TERRIBLE!!

Lack of Evaluation
Medication without an actual evaluation? There is no evaluation! I was lucky to get a refund from Push Health but very concerned regarding lack of evaluation.

Medication Without Evaluation – Nov 14, 2022

Poor Response times if , failure to follow through
First contact was fine. My requested medication was prescribed, but then it went off the rails. A PA was needed from her for my insurance. She stated she would take care of it. Then went out of office with no contact and no auto reply for out of office. Then stated would be taken care of after coming back in to the office..... going on a week now. Seems like if anything is needed outside of being able to just issue a prescription, the service falls off rapidly. I finally asked if I needed to pay for the PA first, since I was guessing in the dark. The next day I received an invoice for the PA, which I paid inside of 5 minutes of getting the message. Went all day with no response and still sitting 48 hours later with no response. Fearing I will have to start this all over again. This is the absolute worse experience.
