This nurse is by far the worse medical provider I have ever encountered. I went in for my 1st appt, had my pap smear and had the requested ultrasounds done the day after the initial visit. We are now 2 weeks later and this provider is refusing to refill my prescriptions unless I make a follow up appointment to see her, eventhough I had just seen her 2 weeks prior and had all my test and labs done including an STD panel that I did not request and she had done behind my back. She is an absolute disgrace to all medical providers

Rudest doctor i’ve ever experienced in my life

I went to Nicole Patrich last year to get on birth control, I was told only about the implant and was really pushed to get it so I got it. A year and 60+ pounds later I’ve come back into the office asking for an implant removal. I was told it’s a bad idea and that I would become pregnant because it’s not realistic to restrain oneself from sexual activities while off birth control. I was also told that the reason I gained so much weight was simply because I eat too many carbs. I walked out of the office really happy to finally have it removed but extremely disappointed with my experience especially knowing that the way I was treated is not “memorial way” and I know this for a fact because BOTH my parents work for memorial and it’s extremely upsetting that this is what I had to deal with. I went in expecting advice and empathy but instead I practically got scolded and treated as little to nothing.

She was super nice and sweet. Made my first time amazing and stress free! Will definitely be going back. She takes her time to addresses all of your concerns and doesn’t judge not one bit.
