Dr. Nicole Habit, DNP

Dr. Habit has continually cancelled mental health appointments at the last minute and not rescheduled them. The company she works for (Mindpath) forces you to call and wait on hold for significant amounts of time in the hopes to speak to someone. Then you make an appointment and it gets cancelled again. In addition to this they also do not respond to voicemails or other calls in any way, so you are forced into the hold queue. The worst part of all of this is that the services we needed are relatively simple. My wife has a relatively stable set of medications that needs small tweaks to maintain sleep. We have been unable to make any progress with Dr. Habit despite making significant progress with our last two providers (we moved away from one and the other retired). I would not recommend her to anyone as she has left my wife in worse condition than when we started seeing her.
