Referred by MD. Sat on a hard plastic chair and discussed my symptoms and health history despite she admitted she received all my records, she did not review them prior to my visit. Did not do an assessment, did not lay hands on me. But yet charged me for treatment and observation bed. There was no treatment, there was no bed. I was referred for an MRI only. Could not obtain results unless I came back for another appointment. There was no plan of care discussed and what could be done to help me.

Husband went in as a referral and she kicked my son who is 3 my daughter 4 months and myself out of the room so she could do the assement on my husband back. She didn't touch him or even look over his MRI she told him she couldn't help him because they doctor who refered him didn't explain why he needed to be seen. Very unprofessional. Never would recommend to anyone

Nicole is a kind and caring NP. I have been seeing her for about a year and she always listens to me. Getting appointments once you are an established patient is easy. I would and I do recommend Nicole to family and friends.
