I’ve been going to Nicole for a few years and she is incredibly empathetic and caring. I’ve seen several therapists and counselors over the years and some have felt very disinterested or like they’re pushing their personal beliefs on me and Nicole is not like that at all. She has a multifaceted approach and really challenges me to see things from new perspectives which I appreciate. I also like that she provides actionable steps and “homework” so I feel like I can measure my progress and easily revisit what we’ve covered as needed. Everyone’s different and therapy is very personal so I’m sure her approach is different depending on the person but she has helped me though some very difficult times and I would definitely recommend her based on my experience.
