Nicole is so down to earth and realistic with her approach. Her bedside manner makes you feel very comfortable and she is efficient but never makes you feel rushed. She is knowledgable about the whole healthcare system which is helpful for navigating insurance problems. Nicole is very non-judgmental, so it is easy to have open discussions with her. I have referred friends and family to Nicole and everybody loves her!

Nicole Malfi has been my PCP for the last 8 months. I have a severe chronic health condition and a rare genetic disorder that is life threatening at times. Nicole took the time to not just prescribe and treat the condition that leads me to be hospitalized in the ICU, but took the time to understand the bigger picture. Most importantly, she helped connect me with world renowned specialists in my conditions that ultimately saved my life. Because of her diligence, time, empathy and concern for my health I have a better quality of life than I would have. Because of my condition as a patient I can be very needy. I'm dependent on medications and treatments to keep me alive despite this her team always takes the time to make sure my needs are met promptly and they make me feel like I'm not a burden and that they all truly care. I highly recommend her and her wonderful team! Seeing her has been life changing from my perspective.
