My child was provided behavioral health services by Nicole. Not only was she unprofessional but she also tailored a treatment plan that did not fit the needs of my child. My child is identified as low-moderate on the spectrum, however Nicole's treatment plan far exceeded his capabilities. Being the one to do his assessment I thought she would at least come close to creating obtainable goals.
