I have been a patient of Dr. Srednicki’s for several years. Over that time, she has suggested I try the 21 day detox cleanse program. Since the detox initially limits dietary choices, I was reluctant since I lack discipline and would be deprived of many of my favorite foods. Lately, however I began feeling tired, had an increase in aches and pains, as well as memory issues, so I decided it was time to take the detox plunge. I am now at the end of week 2 and cannot believe the transformation I am seeing already. First of all I have lost 10 pounds without heavy exercise, in fact, no exercise at all. From start to finish Dr. Srednicki was personable, knowledgeable and has an incredible staff. My wife and I had appointments with Dr. Nicole. That experience by itself was remarkable in this day and age of minimal attention from a doctor. She sat face to face and listened to all we had to say regarding our medical history and history of issues. It was impressive. She mentioned a “cleanse” that we became interested in. Specifically, it was a 21-day liver cleanse, blood cleanse and colon cleanse that she developed. The first ten days were liquids ands vegetables. There are not enough good things that I could say about Dr. Srednicki and Ultra Healthy Human.
