My father was a patient for the past year, and I can count on one hand how many times we saw her. Her communication is absolutely terrible. While I wouldn't say it's unprofessional, she exhibits a level of negligence with no compassion or empathy regarding her patients. She frequently takes medical leaves without proper explanation. Although she doesn't owe us an explanation for her absence, she does owe her patients some form of communication to inform them that she won't be available to assist them. In comparison, Megan was a much better nurse during her time. She attended to my father's needs more professionally than this nurse has. I can again count on one hand how many times she was supposed to come see my father but instead ignored us completely. She tries to mask her shortcomings with a professional demeanor and a sweet tone of voice, but don’t be fooled. I cannot recommend her as a nurse practitioner to anyone who cares about their loved ones. I wouldn’t recommend her to any medical facility either, as practitioners and nurses are here to help, and she has not done anything in support of her patient.
